Is that guy Briley insane? First he appeared to be an arrogant stupid asshole, but he made it plain that he is delusional. I wonder what idiot 2nd his motion to carry and why noone else voted on it. There should have been a chorus of nays. It sounds like an excellent idea to not force people to pay child support for an unrelated child.
