THANK YOU VERY HELPFULL,,,THANK YOU AGAIN

@fitcoach2007 OK, I'm sorry I accused you of stealing it.
But the commentary is super-, super-important! Think about how difficult it would have been to learn at culinary school if your instructors never said anything. If you don't have your instructor's permission to post their words, it would be much better for your viewers if you made a new video of yourself trussing a chicken and explaining it. And, by explaining it to others, you'll probably increase your own understanding, too. Win-win.

Not the best truss job ever... nice figure 8 around the legs, but you need to tuck in and truss the wings too. The neck makes a good place to "tie off"

Someone needs to sharpen their knife!! Lol

I always wondered what the big deal was but several years ago when I began trussing I walked away with the most succulent juicy bird I'd ever had! Anyone who doesn't truss EVERY TIME...Start! Great video
Pretty obvious that you've taken somebody else's video, removed the audio from it and overdubbed it with the music. The chef is clearly talking to us the whole time from 1:40, for example. We spent millions of years evolving language to help us understand things! It's crucially important in a video like this. (And what's that liquid that pours out of the chicken at 1:41?!? Ew.)

@beeble2003 I am really sorry that you feel I overdubbed this video. If you did some research on my channel of over 140 videos or checked my blog, Facebook page, or Twitter account you would have realized that I just recently graduated from culinary school. I taped one of my instructor chefs trussing the chicken and then added music to it without the chef speaking. The idea of the video is to show folks how to truss a chicken which is clearly shown in the video without voice. Chef Juan

I must admit that I never do this, but it's a great skill to have.
