what size tubing is your hoop? is there water in it? I just got a new hoop with water and am having a hard time with it, just wondering what other people are using. thanks.

@tofubandits hey there... oooh no I dont have water in mine. This makes is heavy and slow. It works for some people but I prefer something more gentle.

I am a hoola instructor now and also make hoops. It all depends on your height really. I would say get approx a 39inch hoop with 20mm tubing. Some good grip tape and good tunes and you will be cool. Good luck and holla if you have any more questions xxxx
