First of all, nice car and video!!! I bought the same car and i will run with a x12 Vector 5.5T( 6300Kv), using the same stock gearing. I will use a 6-cell NiMH ( 5100 mAH) battery.
Do you think it will get hot with this setting? How fast is your car?

How did that sidewinder combo work out for the tb-03? I just picked up of a tb-03d and need an engine. I've got no idea what i'm looking for and don't want something that will burn up the gears. Did your setup hold up to street racing/bashing like in this video?
