pot law ruled unconstitutional in ontario

In a decision that could have a wide impact on marijuana laws, Ontario Superior Court Justice Donald J. Taliano has overturned Canada's laws prohibiting the possession and production of marijuana, but the federal government has 90 days to respond before the ruling becomes binding.

@Penul05 Sadly, but one can always hope that's not the case and the legalization movement can cascade down the rest of Canada and become National. We'd sure make international news that's for sure. Would increase tourism, and in turn economy, quality of life and fairness for Canadian citizens.
