BMC MUGEN 19 - Melty Blood Rugal_E (me) vs Ryu (by P o t S)

Well folks, I've done it. I CONVINCED EVILSLAYER TO FIX RUGAL! See, I told him WHY he's broken and HOW to fix him. Some people just need a push in the right direction. Please try this creation out NOW. It's very well made. It also has three other modes, two of which are almost as good as this one (the most recent mode still needs some work). I could have recorded a better fight, but after seeing how perfectly my idea worked with the video's length, I decided against it. :)
