There's a good program that allows you to grab audio whether music or other called Audio Hijack Pro. The only drawback is it acts like a recorder so it takes as long as a song plays for you to "grab" it.

As a musician who produces his own music, what pisses me off about these Music Banks GREED and whine, is that in the long run the good music promotes itself and SELLS itself, while the garbage they make, goes no where fast.
Our fans downloaded for free in most cases, but eventually want the REAL thing MADE by US. Real fans will fund the music they love. The crap made by the industry is going in the trash can where it belongs... NO SALES
