    crossfit is kind of inside the whole catagory of calisthenics, but somewhat different.i think focusing on crossfit is not a good idea, because as you can see online a lot of crossfitters are kinda"cheating" in training

    one of their favorite exercise is kipping/butterfly pull up, in which you are destroying the pull up.you use a lot of momentum and less muscle(which means you also gain less)and you get use to not using a strict form.a strict pull up might be harder, but it's way better.
