Trumpet Solos

I play selected solos from a few pieces.

I am currently in my 5th year as a musician and trumpet player, and any tips on how to improve my playing would be very helpful.

TRUMPETS ROCK!!! haha. i think we can rest assured that everyone who watches this video is a trumpet player or atleast a restpector of those who do. i mean, why would someone who's not a band dork(such as i totally am :)) look up trumpet videos on youtube?? i love my trumpet and i think i'll put some of my band's videos on here one day. stay tuned...

Your air support is above all the most important thing. I can't do this, but my instructor can sit the trumpet on the palm of his hand and slur up to double C with 0 pressure and just faster air. Thats how you become more efficient and end up being able to play for hours and hours without getting tired. Your doing great though, keep it up. Check out my vids if you want.

Very Nice Vibrato, Work on keeping sustained notes higher up in the scale in tune, keep a steady air stream and work on tonging lighter. Other than that, very nice job!

All I can say is more practice and play with a more open sound. Check some of my vids...they arent that great but they could help

not bad,but your sound needs some maturity to get that full,rich, and beautiful dark sound.vibrato is an important asset in playing,but should not be the main focus

Nice tone. Keep up the good work. Long tones and lip slurs helped me out alot.  They're not fun..kind of like doin pushups...

watch your intonation, great releases, faster valves, and great start to your music career

you sound a little airy but to fix that just work on air control also and some partical exericises might help
