@HeiSebastian The show is called Nurse Witch Komugi. It's an OVA to the more adult series The Soultaker going so far as to include the other characters. It's done in a style like Pretty Sammy is to Tenchi.

@Riizaru The voice cast in this was great. It's sort of sad you don't hear many of the voice actors in anything recent lately, except Brad Swaile. I would love to hear Jocelyne Loewen again.
