Pro Tools 8 short demo

I was sitting around watching these boring and almost next to useless videos talking about "producing music" so I decided to upload one myself. I can teach anyone how to do this stuff. Some people think that it's hard and others ACT like they are hard. If you have any questions on how to operate Pro Tools, Cubase, Reason or any other general MIDI and/or production questions, ask away. They will get answered.

Set your grid and quantize to 1/32

and what do you use for your drums i see they are seperated?

I use Battery 3 for drums. I assign them to different outputs and then route them to aux input tracks for eq and compression...

how do you tab to transients in new pt8 for some reason i cant find the option and also follow timeline insertion option. thats all mate!

Those options on on the toolbar. Little buttons under the edit tools.  Turn on tool tips in preferences until you learn the symbols.
