Having been raised on the aqua blue waters of the panhandle of Florida and the magical beach day classics of The Beach Boys...I believe, from the first moment I heard this great classic tune, somehow I connected... not only to the flow of the song; most definitely the times...This remains one of my favorite albums, "Surf's Up"...when Brian Wilson and the Boys were working their magic in the studios to bring the whole feel of their music to life..the flowy watery electronica worked very weLL....I must say...they had to find a way to go with the flow of the times as the BEATles and aLL the other groups were progressing into that whole psychedelia era...this was their great offering of the time...I am very amateur in my new venture of movie making...a journey of desire to express, images, effects, transitions, trials, errors, hours...and, total thrill when it is complete...of course, there is always a better image or idea..yikes...I hope you find a peaceful and enjoyable moment here...thanks so much for your time watching and listening PEACE♥ so nice to reflect on the times....Thanks, YouTube.....I am not looking for recognition here..just a Labor of Love for the Beach Boys and OuR Father Above for the beauty of it ALL...a gift to my friends and family...

Pet Sounds remains my favourite Beach Boys album, but Surfs Up reaches highs and lows that hardly any other album ever made manages. It is a trip in the mind and was so far far ahead of its time that, in places, it hasn't yet been overtaken. Long Promised Road, Feel Flows, Til I Die, and the title track, Surfs Up, are some of the best songwriting one is ever likely to hear. In fact, there really isn't a bum track on the album, but it is uneven in quality, as those tracks are so good, IMO.
