It's really sad, that there are so many people out there who lost their ability to play. What a sad live. I'm nearly 30 and can't imagine a live without computer games, jumping into puddles when it rains or balancing on the sidewalks curbstone...
Nice stuff... Beryl seems to have gathered some serious momentum with effects getting increasingly impressive. For those who wonder about system requirements, my computer uses an Athlon 2800+XP with 512meg of RAM and an old Nvidia 5200FX graphics card, and it all works with XGL/AIGLX and Beryl etc without a hitch... In fact, the performance was a pleasant suprise... try the same with Windows Vista (yes I just had to get the obligatory Microsoft roast in there somewhere)... :)
You're a sad little man. Learn that 99% of the HUMAN population out there prefers a shell like GUI rather than a command based OS. This right here gives you BOTH. And the thing about the ram, even a POS video card with shared system ram of no more than 256MB can run all of this smooth. So put more ram and stop running your OS on a 64MB SDRAM dimm. Computer desktop components are way too cheap for you to not upgrade.
