Meditations are extremely powerful in person and up to 45mins to an hour long, and apologies that the sound quality of this recording does not do it justice!

Stanka was so ecstatic and grateful to finally be with us here in Cornwall, England for a Living In Light Course (see: http://loveandinsight.com/light )

Stanka is a beautifully, radiant and loving being, and felt very much like a soul sister to us; she had been wanting come over from Slovakia and see us ever since she first saw my videos 2 years ago and read my blogs (see: http://loveandinsight.blogspot.com )
