Well, Brad I'll be contacting you to see if you have any suggestions of moving my existing 30x60 1400quare foot manufactured home to one of your communities..or sell and find something else down there.I LOVE my existing home I bought and fixed up here but I have a feeling it be very pricey to move her anywhere.Plus its all paid for including all the upgrades i put in it since 2008

You guys have a good channels I live in California. I have good credit now over 750 fico score. if ones credit get bad an they have the cash 100 % with bad credit an no police record can they be approved for a mobile home park

yes - don't rent, buy. right now rates and prices are at all-time lows. keep your credit good and you'll be able to buy in no time. there are 100% loan programs out there - and 97% programs as well. you only need a few thousand to get you in a home. don't rent, buy.
