Message from Portugal to Finland

ENGLISH:
Video presented by the mayor of Cascais in a conference in Estoril. I have nothing against Finland's people, the unique propose of this video is to show them some facts about the country they are about to refuse helping. I'm pretty sure most of them don't know alot of these facts and are still determined to vote against a financial help to Portugal.

If the people of Finland decide not to help Portugal, well... we cant deny them, they have the right not to do it.

@Belinda8881 Os países latinoamericanos tem uma desconfiança muito grande em relação à Portugal e Espanha. Duvido que eles queiram fazer qualquer tipo de aliança com eles, ainda porque o México, o Panamá e especialmente o meu Brasil estão crescendo muito rapidamente, enquanto Portugal e Espanha estão numa crise grave. Não queremos interferências dos países que um dia se disseram superiores a nós e que agora estão no fundo do poço.

When you (Portugal) do someone (Finland) a favor, you don't have to expect that "someone" should do you a favor back, if "someone" doesn't do the favor, just don't do favors to "someone" anymore. Stop bragging about the favor you did before for "someone".

@ZimoP, I believe that we deserve that money. CAP was never favourable to us. A great deal of portuguese population use to work in fishing and farming in 1986. Portugal joined the EU and many things changed here.

Portuquese have received probably hundreds of millions of finnish money through EU payments anyway.

Finland was always a net contributor, while Portugal keeps sucking from northern members.
