  • They are wasting their time with that crap. Students should be focusing all of their time learning AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS, and the principles of construction and entitlement. If there is any time after that they should be learning what they can about structural engineering.

  • @H8Cr1me ... WHO ARE YOU

  • @chnkgrl Someone watching videos on Architecture and drafting while I sit here and design a hotel.

  • @H8Cr1me I am making a synthetic landscape out of 3d scanned walnuts. LALALA

  • @chnkgrl If your art doesn't get you paid you won't be doing it for very long.

  • @H8Cr1me ALSO TRUE

  • @H8Cr1me Anyone can learn programs. Thinking about architecture is what moves the profession forward.

  • @H8Cr1me ur gonna come up with some shitty design concepts if ur only using autoCAD and Revit

  • Are they still dumping the green water on the first years?

  • @H8Cr1me model building will ALWAYS be a useful part of architecture, those programs wont, other programs are always coming up and technology is always advancing, someone could just go study AutoCAD for 4 years and by then the software has completely changed and advanced. 3D Model building will always be a useful way to present a design.

  • Considering leaving Boston Architectural College for Cornell... your opinion on the economy's forecast and which would be better for architecture. So hard...

  • @H8Cr1me I would'nt say that. Doing it by hand expresses whats in your mind. Show whats in your mind before you plug it in the computer. Its an excercise. :-D

  • @chnkgrl Sounds fun. But in that same amount of time I could probably import my Revit model into 3DS Max, generate a 3D rendering for presentation, and bill the client. :) gotta get that money

  • @H8Cr1me I'm sorry. Did you read this title? I go to Cornell; I'm not going to make any money. TRUTH
