first luffy knows how to use haki, the ultimate spirtitual attack, defense, and agility. zoro knows three sword style, and can make a tornado out of swords. sanji becomes more perverted. usopp gets ripped. nami is more of a slut, robin can make a clone of herself, chopper can use a monster transformation, franky is now 75% robot, and brook is the king of demons

@bertini18 It's a great show! Luffy wants to be the king of the pirates, and to do that he has to travel all the way along the Grand Line to find the great One Piece Treasure. He has rubber man powers, and has a loyal pirate crew and is currently halfway across the grand sea, at the Fishman Island. Anything more specific from that you can get from the wikia as forneverworld said.
