  • this is an excellent exercise which i perform. more vids please. i note that you are also taking part in the chek certification programmes. i am a follower of his work to but unfortunately i cant afford the courses. best of luck to you though.

  • to recieve what ? ? ? dont get me wrong, the courses are well worth it but i feel that his courses are out of most peoples reach you know. i just cant spend the money that he asks for yet i want to learn so much from the institute. Maybe in ten years time i will be able to make a start! i know the hlc courses are cheaper but still a lot when you got to pay for accomadation etc. take care.
