I attended this school, and it's a big sham. If you think you can be a chef after graduating, you're sorely wrong. Get ready for lots of work and no pay. If you love to cook, you'll be okay, but don't expect to make big bucks and recuperate what you spent in tuiition anytime soon. This whole industry is sick. It's like they want to make everybody miseable in what should be a fun job. I just don't want anyone who is considering this career to be disallusioned.
