  • come on..really?? are you really eating that shit? pig's head, lamb's head, chicken feet...what??? nor even the grandma of my grandma used to eat that! that's just nasty! and disrespectful!!

  • you dont just eat the skin and skin and fat/little meat ..... just try to chew the bones and leave no waste... thats the way we do it... just eat everything.

  • yummy taste like chicken

  • its not fat in those feet but gelatin and tendons.

  • it's funny how the pig head soup didn't creep them out but chicken feet did :D

  • next time try putting it in the oven with some sauces they become crispy soo deelish !

  • damn that's one delicious dried adobo chicken feet...

  • thats what cowboy style you falks you rock! lovely n romantic wow

  • The skin and fat contain many fat soluble vitamins A,D,E and K.

You can also boil them is a pressure cooker. If you soak them in cold water with 2 Tsp Cider vinegar to leech minerals from the bones. Then add onion, garlic, peppercorns and pressure cook for 40 mins.

Skim off any film, strain off veg. Return liquid and feet to the pan, add seasonal vegetable, lentils for thickness, spices to taste, and pressure cook for 10 mins

Makes delicious nutritious soup. Bones so soft you can chew. Yum.

  • this couple is sooo happy i love the way u do things together it taste even better :D
