I actually like her more after watching that. I still think she brings almost nothing to my favorite show. Adam insisting on having female perspective on the show makes no sense to me. He and another guy comedian would work better I think. Not so much a co-host, but a sidekick. Adam alone is great too.

I really think Alison is smart and clever. Too bad Adam doesn't let her finish her sentences and doesn't acknowledge when she or anyone for that matter, says something funny. Good job Alison. Since Adam decided to hire you, I hope he gives your MORE of a chance to show your talents.
