  • Holy f^%k ! Thats great. I dont c that happening to me. Im 11 months post-op. Some shoulder shrugging, and Little movement i can't describe in words. No movement or sensation below elbow.

  • this patient has operated with: phrenic nerve transfer to suprascapular nerve to abduct the shoulder and spinal accessory nerve transfer to musculocutaneous nerve to flex the elbow. This is the postoperated result 7 months. if the patient with brachial plexus injury more than 8 months we have to use free gracilis muscle transfer to recover elbow flexion
