This is one of my favorite parts of the best TV series, ever made, called 'Northern Exposure".

I love this show. In one episode Chris said: "Last night I stepped back, and took a look, and I got this awful feeling in my stomach. Like when you fall out of love, and you know it's all over, but you're still trying to hang on". That's how I feel everytime I see this.

I just watched every single episode back to back in one week! Good thing they are out on DVD since television these days is too stupid to rerun them.

This is a lovely blast from the past. thanks for sharing it. It was one of my favorite shows, too. I especially loved the two (I think) episodes where John Cullum sang. I loved his character Holling but was sad that he didn't get to use his fabulous baritone singing voice very much in the series. Great show. I miss it. Good old Roslyn, Washington. Not too far from here on Orcas Island.
