This is a project ive been working on making every detail the way i personally want it. Its a 1975 Chevy Blazer body with a 1987 GMC Jimmy front clip with a grill from my old 1986 Chevy Surburban. Rebuilt 350 with 4-barrel carb. dual exhaust with flowmasters. Dana 60 front end. Dana 70 rear end. MP250 transfercase. 4 speed stick with granny low. 8 inch all suspension lift. 40" Ground Hawg tires. Custom seats. Some more parts are on the way like the driveshafts front and rear, a new front bumper, hood pins, light harness and new dash. This is my Blazer! tell me what you think and enjoy.. Leave a comment tell me what you think or what else i should add!

  • Have you had any clutch problems. I have been helping a freind with his, & every time we get it twisted just right, the arm that goes between the frame & tranny comes off. Also the pedal is REALLY hard....just wondering if it is common on these blazers with a stick...don't seem like there is many around

  • i have yet to have any problems with this truck. it still is a work in progress but my its working like a charm

  • Nice blazer...Ive got a question for ya

Im working on a similar project. Ive been thinking about going with a 8 inch but steering may be an issue...With yours do you have any rubbing in the front? I have a set of 42s I would like to use but not sure if its possible

    hThanks

  • i had to get a steering arm from procomp. expensive but i wanna go to cross over steering itll help alot. i dont think 42s will fit... i have no rubbing but i also dont have fenderwells :)

  • Nice Rig! I got a question for ya, I've got a very similar blazer with 6 inches of lift, a friend is offering to me a set of 38x15 hawgs. Will they fit? or do I need more lift?

  • @ibasspro Swap to a hydrollic clutch bell housing and pedal assembly out of a 1986 and up K5 or pick up truck. that will fix all yopur clutch issues and its alot easier on your leg.

  • @HaterLover44 yeah. a lot of people do that to save gas mileage but the 205 isnt full time so maybe hes having one made.

  • Did I see that right? I think the drive shaft to the front differential was missing...

  • @ibasspro I'm running a 454 and sm465 no problems in the five years I have running it

  • nice where did you get your lift from want to lift mie 8inchs to 1988 k5
