It is indeed Ben kissing Annie in this scene. If I recall correctly, his rationale for kissing Annie in front of Meg was that it would get Meg to forget about him for her own good.

@Bliss44 annies caracter seemd so frustrated, she throwed herself on a man that didnt want her, i dont think she nedeed that, she was sexy and could have everyone, but her caracter was fexed to want everything she couldnt have..pathetic...

i don't believe this is ben but would like to know if it actually is or not, i agree with synnerligen, annie so many times tried to win his affection and woefully failed unless i missed something lol.

But no, I can't see Ben and Annie together. Annie was too wild and impulsive for Ben. She would've driven him crazy with her schemes and stunts.
