Dr. Thomas Sowell and a Conflict of Visions (Chapter 5 of 5)

One of the great intellects of our time, Thomas Sowell, discusses the dangerous unconstrained vision of Barack Obama and other elites. And what will happen if this vision scores a three-house sweep on Election Day? Sowell says we may have reached a point of no return.

"A powerful antidote for people suffering from the dumbed-down bleating that passes for modern education. Go, Dr. Sowell, go!" The Vorthos Forum

About Thomas Sowell:
Thomas Sowell has studied and taught economics, intellectual history, and social policy at institutions that include Cornell, UCLA, and Amherst. Now a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, Sowell has published more than a dozen books. His 1987 book, A Conflict of Visions, was re-released in 2007

  • Im A Sowell Man... Get It? He should get tee shirts made

  • Sowell is a genius. When you begin to understand his thinking it's really common sense, but not to the point of being simplistic, and the way he articulates it is very educated and brilliant. He's the type of individual who truly understands the way things are and he wasn't a blank slate that was taught how to think by some university without questioning or proving their agenda. btw- the housing boom and bust is a must read to fully understand the current economic situation.

  • Dr. Sowell should take his own advice and stick to economics. All of the fear of terrorism is a ploy to keep the populace docile and subservient.

  • I love the point about Noam Chomsky

  • Very smart guy. I hope and pray that someone can fill the shoes of an extremely knowledgeable man like Thomas Sowell. Wish it could be me but i'm not close to that level of intelligence lol. He only wants better for the people, young people in particular, and his country. When he said that he wishes the so called intellect or in setters, could venture beyond what they are competent to do validates his every intention. Small quotes like that may go unheard or be forgotten by most ears. Not mines.

  • @JohnBreadForger make sure u use a pic of him... From the 70's when he had his Shaft Fro

  • hahahaha that's awesome

  • That's a good one. I think I'll try to make one.

  • "They are despicable, blind people. They hate most of us and are going to mess America up very badly if allowed to."

    Take it easy...

  • I loved that-" They will vote for how someone sounds rather than thinking about what the person is really saying." Tt's what got us to this crazy situation with BO- he SAID a lot of really bad things during the campaign but he SOUNDED great to most people. I refused to listen to anything he said shortly after his first few soundbites and those of his wife and friends. They are despicable, blind people. They hate most of us and are going to mess America up very badly if allowed to.
