Thanks Ed, I have been wondering about clean up and what level of abrasive to "start at". I usually go 100, 220 and then 400. Then CA or wipe on polyurethane
Getting a gloss finish on acrylic or CA might be a bit more difficult.

hey, that was confusing, is that bit positioned to the back of the mandrel? and how many passes did you do?
