Fullscreen Video on iPhone / iPod Touch with MediaCoder 0.7.1

Anamorphic, Fullscreen, whatever. How about Quasi Anamorphic.

Transcoding a high definition, Cinemascope widescreen movie into a 16:9 aspect ratio to play on an iPhone or iPod Touch.

I am using MediaCoder 0.7.1, which can be downloaded at: http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/

Another popular OPEN SOURCE program is HandBrake 0.9.3, which can be downloaded at: http://handbrake.fr/

Screen recording done with CamStudio, video edited on Adobe Premiere Pro, narration done by Mr. Personality Himself... me.

If you can make Anamorphic work on HandBrake 0.9.3 using the GUI, please tell me how you do it. Politely. If you just wanna call me names, I will eat your babies.

@Jean0987654321 There are other programs that work much better with the Xbox. I don't own a console, but I thought XBMC was a popular one. It converts the files in real time for streaming to your TV so you don't have to mess with all of this.

hey dude i really wana know when i record a video with my ipod when its uplaoded to youtube it has the black sides at the side of the screen... do you know how i can get rid of thwem ?

@edster86 The resolution of your video has to be correct or you'll get the letterbox. Encode your video at 1280x720 with square pixels and you shouldn't get black bars.
