how can you over cook the shrimp? If the bacon is cook, then the shrimp should be ready right? I've never done this before. I want to try this recipe.

sorry, but you need to par cook the bacon first before wrapping, else you over cook the shrimp......! unless, of course, you like rubbery shrimp!
