  • would one be able to heal themself with these techniques? i have acne which techinque should i use to cure it and how long do you think it should take. Thanks again for the useful video set.

  • There are a few different techniques that you can use. I would recommend performing the fireball technique over your face for 2 to 3 minutes 2 to 3 times a day for the immediate problem of the acne. That should quickly clear the skin in a few days. If you would like you could do the technique more than that, it will not hurt anything.

  • I would also follow up 1 or 2 times a day with "the two heart postures" from the "24 postures" video (also posted on You tube). That will make sure the heart meridians are clear. It may take a couple of weeks for it all to process out of your system. But, if you keep practicing everyday this will help to keep the flushing process going.

  • i may have just missed it, but is the weld mudra the most adventageous for working with meniscus tares and bicep tendons pulled out of place once back in place and trying to heal up?

  • Checkout the Yes Technqiue video on this channel. That should be most helpful.
