Naga Viper is no longer the hottest, the new hottest is the Trinidad Scorpion Butch T which is rated at 1,463,700 scoville. Freakin intense!

I got a Naga X plant. Eaten two from it this week, straight from the vine & full of oil !!!

Super hot, really fruity and hangs around for a good 10 - 15 minutes : )

I've got one left, lovely orange thing. Thinking of posting as no body eats them raw. Any one know if I can do it easily as I'm not too savvy with the old computers. Chillies ruuuuuuuuuuuuule. Peace X

Your body cannot discern any SHU beyond 1,000,000 scoville units. So eating the top three is comparably the same, imo.

Breeding the Naga Viper is purely for bragging rights. Even then, I would still call it into question as it takes more than a small random sample tested against another small random sample to make that claim.

Anyone who thinks the same pepper grown in southeast Asia are not hotter than peppers grown for western markets is a fool.
