@brian8793 Not all states and not all cities are actively enforcing this law but yes technically anywhere in the U.S. if you have water running into a storm drain or laying on the ground where the rain will wash it into the storm drain that is illegal. It is not enforced everywhere so check with your local municipality for water reclamation laws. Being in Arizona there is a good chance you will need one of these. If you watch the video you should see all of the different reclamation options working except for the Shop Vac with the Vacu Berm.
