Who's idea was it to give out thick glow sticks at an England game ?

So England lost to Brazil tonight in Doha, Qatar, however the England fans had a great time.

In the Qatar 2022 Fans Festival outside the stadium, which was very impressive they were giving out thick glow sticks, all good so far.

Then when the stadium lights went off for the pre-match light show, well what do you do with your glow stick, press play....

Looked really good but I wouldn't have wanted to be near the front.

Well done Qatar for putting on a great afternoon of events and impressive match. Do you know what these guys really could host a fantastic World Cup in 2022, go Qatar !
