Wow! What an incredible idiot Andy Dick is. I mean I always thought he was an idiot, but how stupid could one be to not realize in the matter of 3 minutes he both denied knowing Mrs Hartman had an addiction problem and then admitted telling Phil Hartman months before he provided his wife with the dose that ended in her murder/suicide act., that if she had an addiction problem, he ought to get her into the addiction center he was using at the time. This guy may be the stupidest person on earth.

I feel bad for Andy, I think he has been on a path of self destruction becuz he blames himself. When you are in a headspace where you are doing coke, you will certainly offer it to others without meaning any evil, how many people have thrown down lines at a party and everyone said thanx and no one died? Brinn was a phuquetard, I wish Phil had left her, but he didn't. I don't think Andy is a terrible person at all, I think he is stuck living some kind of hell that he does not know how to escape.

Its truly amazing how much the drug war has turned chemical substances into "zombifying killing monsters". If anyone here really is blaming the drugs, and therefore Andy Dick, because he have some coke, something that is as common as a beer in Hollywood, to Brynn, and this led to her relapse, and Hartman's death... Find another scapegoat. This was her issue... She did what she did because of what was going on with her mentally. She chose her actions.. Coke was a component, but minor.

I too don't think Andy should be vilified for this. I don't know when this show aired, but even if it was 5 or 6 years after the event, he obviously feels pretty bad about it. And from someone who has done puh-lenty of drugs in my past, I will say that drugs are not the menace--it is the person inside of you that fears or hurts which causes the destructive behavior. Yes, drugs, and in my opinion, even more so, alcohol, make this behavior worse, it is not the culprit. Also, Lovitz was venting.

I hate that gold digging cunt, Brynn.....not only for what she did to Phil who wasn't an abusive husband...who didn't use drugs and by no way imaginable deserved what she did to him....but what she did to their kids.....I hope she's in hell!

And like he had said like if your looking for something your going to go searching for it, like if someone dies from drug overdoses it isn't the supplier fault that they died, the drugs had killed them it's no ones fault but well your own.

It wasn't Andy's fault, he didn't put the gun in her hand and say shoot him, that was her Own doing. And like someone said she would have gotten the drugs from someone else, Yes he shouldn't have given it to her but your brain is so messed up alters your thinking, and her only problem wasn't the Cocaine. I wish she could have gotten the help needed but It's always well if He would have done this and he wouldn't have did that! who's to know the outcome would have been any different!
