Tricare is quite obviously a collection of Corporate Thieves who make profit by providing the least amount of Care in the most complicated and discouraging manner to American Service Personell, Retirees, Medically retired Disabled GIs and their Families..

If the Army wanted you to have a family they would have issued ya one! Don't Worry your next President might issue you a concubine for you and your wife they have issued you illegals this time..... Who Knows!!!!!!
