  • This video is interesting it informs about all the different tupes of anxiety disorders. I personally sometimes worry a lot and get anxxious but its something minimal not extreme. Its interesting how a persons behavior can say a lot about themselves

  • Anxiety is a typical and normal reaction to stress. This video was quite helpful in terms of discussing the different reasons of stress. I know I can relate to it because I've had couple of anxiety attacks where I was constantly sweating and my heart started racing faster than ever. I could feel the pressure from the inside building up. I've had false alarms with anxiety attacks when rushed to the ER and the doctors had found nothing to be wrong with me.

  • This video leads me to think I have G.A.D. However, I know why I am anxious.

  • this video was very informal. it describes the different factors of stress and breaks things down to the core. my favorite is the discussion on phobias, only because i can relate to it ;and i am pretty sure everyone can too. intresting!!!!

  • very interesting ...it relates back to the lectures in class...

  • I liked this video because i thought panic attacks came from flash backs but it gave me many thing it can come from. It also gave me the different types on panic attacks there are.

  • It's kind of funny when you mention that many people think that they are having a heart attack when they are actually having a panic attack instead. This exact same thing happened to my college roommate and I had to rush him to the ER and sit around the waiting room for hours until the doctor confirmed the false alarm. He really thought that he was dying or that he had a serious arrhythmia, when he was just stressed about school. Not funny, I guess, but certainly something to remember

  • This was a usefull video to watch because it gives people different stratagies to help manage their stress. This video makes me think of my own actions and how i could have handeled them better. I have made a promise to myself to practice the different stratigies given.

  • I like this video,i think it help point out several key factors that can resolve anxiety issue that many people may suffer.
