If sciencetific evidence is inconsistent it is bad science!
-
Your opinion is just your gut-feeling. Worthless! We need scientific research into the blending issue! Anyone has any source for real scientific evidence?
-
The "scientific" response to the question is, "I don't know." Thanks for nothing.
What does the scientific literature say about the loss of nutrients when foods are blended? It would be productive to find out and then answer the question intelligently.

To say that blending things takes away the nutrients is completely stupid. The whole point is to absorb them more thoroughly. ridiculous.

This guy is right. I see so much biochemical individuality in clinic.

Just dont blend for too long, leave it with something to chew. I feel great on loads of green smoothies. My blood work is almost perfect. Ask if your interested

So, what you are saying is...
You don't know.
Then why are you saying anything besides that?

@TheHealthyBuzz ... That's hilarious- YOU tell me to "Lay off the personal attacks" & then to show everyone reading this how personally superior YOU are YOU attack me with person epithet by calling me an 'idiot', ha-ha.
My comment was meant as a good natured comment not an attack.
YOU are a stupid fucking retarded monkey ... now what I just wrote about YOU- that is a 'personal attack' ... do you see the difference, my friend?! OXOXO - peace & blessings, peace & blessings!
All I can say is that I feel like a goddess after drinking green smoothies. I can perform sickening amounts of exercise (running, climbing, swimming) without even getting sore. I've always taken great care of my body, but these almost superhuman traits never showed up until after i started green smoothies. I can't believe anyone who tells me they are not healthy. Can you run 22 miles without stopping and not be sore the next day? I can. And I'm NOT an athlete. Long live green smoothies.
