Ross TC-700MC Tenderizer features: 224 blades will produce 32 incisions per inch; 12" wide stainless steel conveyor belt, .625" advance; Includes magnetic blade driving system usefull for controlling resistence when tenderizing bone in or hard products; (Blades will retract); High-low feature - Normally there is a 7" Clearance but height can be adjusted to 9" clearance for tall products such as prime ribs; 2.13 HP; 230 V / 60 Hz / 3 Ø; O/A dims: 52" x 28" x 61".
