  • Dude i like the dedication you have while doing the workout, a few mistakes though not by you but by the padholder,better do it on a punching bag.Or try this do shadowboxing with 2 pound dumbells in your hand.Even I do the workout and I have improved a lot.Ignore the bullshit others say

    1.Your wearing shoes. 2. Your hooking when you should be jabbing and your elbows are out. 3.Little to no movement. If conditioning is the priority then riddle me this....

    If you train that way 364 days of the year do you seriously in your head think you'll miraculously change your tekkers? lol its a joke!

  • Wow is awesome to see all the whiners come out and criticize someone who put their heart into their training. I have done this workout before and I can tell you that if you don't workout to full intensity consistently enough, this workout will make many look like little bitches. Practice and time will improve your form. Just make sure you shadow box slowly to refine your form after your workout as a cool down. This would help your training. Congrats on your training.

  • I love the whiners in here about form this punch that. Half the lazy asshats would fall down crying and puking their form and punch critic guts out in about 15 seconds of that. You guys keep going and kick ass. Its a WORKOUT so work it!
