My back seems to feeling better now,i hurt it bout 3 weeks ago,well kind of overdid it,so had bout 2 weeks without training it,still bit sore in the middle,but not too bad, This video is really just for keeping up with my own flexibility,theres a couple of moves id like to achieve this year,fingers crossed,im still training mostly everyday.

    I read you lost weight...can you lost weight just by doing streching and contortion every day (or at least 3-4 times a week) ? or did you follow also an aerobic workout to lose that weight?? Thanks!!!

    I loved the elbow streching!! (I seriously would have never thought of doing that!)

  • I like the sequence of your exercises. (Emphazising the backbends of the upper spine, such as shoulder stretch or putting down the bum in the bridge)
