I really liked your exercises!! I'm trying to put bakc the flexibility I gained when I was a gymnast.. I hope :D
I read you lost weight...can you lost weight just by doing streching and contortion every day (or at least 3-4 times a week) ? or did you follow also an aerobic workout to lose that weight?? Thanks!!!

I like the sequence of your exercises. (Emphazising the backbends of the upper spine, such as shoulder stretch or putting down the bum in the bridge)
