Unemployment and Jordan's youth [new edit]

29-year-old Alaa graduated from university six years ago, with a bachelor's degree in English, and he's still jobless.

He is originally from the northern city of Irbid, where jobs are scarce, so he has been applying for positions at hundreds of companies in Amman. He was interviewed, but never hired.

Degrees, Bachelors etc... are a companies worst nightmare, they want hard, trustworthy and loyal workers, not people who think they know it all and demand respect because they consumed all the useless crap feed to them while they were studying.

I only employ people who I believe I can trust and listen and take note, not those that think they know everything already.
