Why not open up a bible and find the answers yourself? For if you believe this man or anyone then you are trusting that they have given you the pure truth. Better to seek the words yourself, not some man's.
@newgeorge Clearly he was never a materialist. Look at his life during his ministry. And on another note he'd need a very large whip indeed to root out the money worshipers in America. America needs to choose between capitalism and Christ. "Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils." 1 Corinthians 10:21

@IantheLiberal Although, if Jesus was a carpenter at home in Nazareth, he would have got paid for doing jobs just like anyone else.

Isnt the cleansing of the temple also Jesus fulfilling one of the prophecies from the minor prophets (although i cant remember which one.)?
