  • @eblanaken Thanks for that. Ilove every note they made.

  • @eblanaken this while Luke is in England. He was in the band for some time in 1962, left and joined again

  • Luke left the Dubliners in 1964 for two years and was replaced by Bobby Lynch

  • Wow! Way back then Barney was lighting it up!

  • Ciaran Burke R.I.P., Bobby Lynch R.I.P., This was not Pre Luke Kelly, R.I.P. he was probably sick that night, Ronnie Drew R.I.P., The only one lving of the original; Dubliners is Barney McKenna. Pete Seeger said that Barney is the best Tenor Banjo player in the World and he said that back in the mid 60's. Ar Laimh Deas Dia Go Raibh an anam dilis.

  • damn, there really is a leprechaun, a magic Irishman on a tenor banjo !!! Simply one of the most entertaining bands ever, and one of the greatest banjo players , Barney McKenna, the Master - Eirinn agus Albainn gu brath
