best event in track is the 4x200m. i did 4x100; triple jump, long jump, and 4x200. and 4x200 is by far the funnest.

a team of something like: Asafa Powell, Dwight Thomas, Marvin Anderson and Usain Bolt would smash the jamaican record. Tbh i have never heard of any of those runners.
