The cupcakes I bet are good, the frosting is probably very good. Her technique is terrible. She says they never use a pastry bag in the bakery. I wonder how her cakes look. I think she should go to cake decorating school so that she would learn how to do it the right way.

Totally not making the recipe, she's clearly not a professional. Who the hell decorates like that? I bet the cupcakes taste just as bad.

Omg. First, I was reading all the mean comments before I saw how the frosting was put on. Then, I saw the frosting being put on and I was just like, "What the heck! No offense but she really works at a bakery?" Anyhow, I don't know how to make or apply frosting on cupcakes so I watched this and seriously, I'm NOT impressed. Even I can do that...without a tutorial. But, I'm sure it's SUPER tasting.

people are way to critical these days. they're just going around to different videos saying mean things about bakers and how they do things. id like to actually see what they do and see if its better than the video that their making fun of.
