Power = (Force x Distance)/Time

@H1dden1s what no dude [W]=J=joules, P=W/t >> [P]=J/s=watts
-
W=J/s
-
@mike7ace Power = force*distance / time
-
@mike7ace @narddog92 Im afraid you are comparing apples and pears. power = Force X Distance / Time. Comparing different sports is just not sensible really. Gymnasts are very very powerful but cant be compared to American football or powerlifters just as they can tbe rated against each other.

@mike7ace how they become they are the most athletics? most lifters are fat and can even swim or run, I would go for MMA fighters as the most athletic, almost all types of sports training are used in MMA

Yes. Finally someone teaching a deep squat and the activation of the posterior chain.
If you want hip mobility try olympic weightlifting, plain and simple. Oly lifters are the strongest, most powerful, flexible (2nd to gymnist), and athletic athletes in the world GUARANTEED.

Are u serious, power=force/time, the record for the snatch is 213kg (468.6lbs), completed in under a second, thats lifting 467lbs 7+ feet in the air in under a second, not lifting a stone on a block in 20 seconds
