1.Boil soy beans for some 10-12 minutes and sprinkle some salt on while hot. 2. how ever many scallops, season as u wish, and saute 5 minutes or more on each side with some chopped garlic or onion and can include other vegees such as bell pappers n string beans, u can make it a heaftier meal by adding almost cooked potatoes with some adobo or salt n pepper. 3. u can use tortilla flour bread if u wish or just a pita bread, prepared the same way, heat pan dry then place bread on hot pan and flip every few seconds till hot enough or crisp brown. 4. already made hummus from supermarket of your choice. and voila u decorate ur plate as u wish. this formula can be done in 1 too many ways. by the way i only used a bit of butter for the scallops n when it was drying up i sprinkle some water in there, thats what u call sauteeing
