peer guardian stops ALL incoming connections thats on its blacklist.
meaning it will never connect to "others" on utorrent, if they are on the blacklist, thus never getting your ip to begin with.
This is not fullproof but should add some layer

THIS IS INCORRECT.
P2P e.g. utorrent needs to connect to others so they all have your IP address. So all they have to do is put out a fake download and record all the IP addresses logged in as seeds/peers and then contact your ISP!
Peerblock/gaurdian only stops incoming connections from browser for eg.
only way to be anon is to go through a proxy unfortunately is very slow!

Peerguardian is shit. It will give you blue-screens. Use peerblock its essentially the same thing, built from the same sourcecode, But is 100% stable!
