力矩：
在物理學裏，作用力使物體繞著轉動軸或支點轉動的趨向，稱為力矩。

靜力學：
專門解析物體在靜力平衡狀態下的負載（力，力矩）。當呈靜力平衡狀態時，系統可能是靜止的，也可能其質心維持等速運動。

Torque：
Torque, also called moment or moment of force, is the tendency of a force to rotate an object about an axis, fulcrum, or pivot. Just as a force is a push or a pull, a torque can be thought of as a twist.

Statics：
When in static equilibrium, the system is either at rest, or its center of mass moves at constant velocity.
